I called DPS today and the guy said I was good to go if I was an active reservist. He was stumped about me being an inactive reservist and took my contact info for another guy to call me later. Either way I'm going to apply. Worst that can happen is they say no.

So I wouldn't count myself as a "member" of the reserves (active or not) even though I have a Reserve ID?
