So...
On the 23rd of January my status was updated to mailed.
That was a Wednesday. I figure 2 days for mail from Austin to Dallas, so even allowing for it getting to the mail room on Wednesday the 23rd and the post office on Thursday I should have had it by Saturday or Monday at the latest. Now ...

I'll second the 'looking' for ammunition part. What is with that.
I cant even find 22lr ammo.

Some people just want to see what is on 'their' report. I understand this. The report is about "me" I want to see what is on it.

I have been finger printed twice in the past, both military related. So having been printed in the past is not an automatic "your guilty of something" statement

I mailed my documents on the 23 of December (at the post office drop) and had everything done before that.
Application on line, fingerprints, CHL class, the and all the associated paperwork. I already had a good copy of my DD214....
and you are at the same "mailed" day as me.
So I guess on line ...
