Regarding the minimum age for firearm carry in Texas without an LTC.
I attempted to reply to this question, only to get bashed on a current post on REDDIT. I give up.....

Any one ever heard of these guys ? Any feedback ?

I've seen the same pics posted before, and have wondered the same. I've tried emailing RSD if any changes regarding these, but have yet to hear back. I'd like to offer these during shoots, but still currently using DPS's mandatory B27.

Sent everything in on Aug. 15, and still waiting.

A quick image search found a few instructors that APPEAR to be using the wrong target for LTC qualifications. Mostly B27E but one LH101.

It can't be determined for certain what they are actually using during the class without being in the class but the images, and supportive text, seem to ...

Anyone else have to resubmit Instructor renewal paperwork? I was notified via email that i was missing my ltc-100, ltc-90, and credentials. I had to resubmit everything.

I'm thinking we won't get the link to the online class & test until after Sept 1st, since that's when most of new legislation tends to go into effect.

If I recall correctly, when we have to go in-person for the renewal class, the dates are crammed between Sept to Dec ...

Your observations are correct. The DPS' course of fire does not mandate what the start position is, so it is up to the instructor to determine.

I don't recall if it was asked during my initial instructor certification or if it was the 2013 renewal class in Georgetown, but the Trooper said that ...

What do you mean posted by students. Posted where, how, why.

On Instagram, I've seen several people posting as "I just passed my LTC..." ,but the posted pic is a B27E.

I've only used the standard B27 target, but are the B27e targets allowed as well ? Just curious..

Any updates on Red Dot usage for qualifications ? I ran across this and thought I'd ask ?

I've a young lady interested in her LTC, but seems her husband is a felon.
I informed her to contact her attorney, but it's there anything else I might be missing.
