I e-mailed again this morning and surprise, surprise. My remaining paperwork did come in and Ms. Leach said that she would mail my CHL today.

The total time from when I hand-delivered my stuff on January 18 to today, April 1, was 73 days.

Call and politely let them know they are five days late. They're going to tell you they are running a little behind and that it will be about two more weeks. Again, politely tell them the statute doesn't provide for "running a little behind" and that you need your CHL.

I just dropped mine in the mail last friday (3/4/05) I'm just curious how long they are taking these days.

I would have sent mine in before, but I turned 21 last friday, so that was the soonest I could have sent it.


60 days more sure is a long time to wait....

I hand-delivered my CHL ...
