It really doesn't bother me too much, but CompTac must have had several complaints as they now offer a leather-backed version very similar to The Answer, but at about half the price (even less expensive than the C-T.A.C).

That would be the correct signage for a business that sells alcohol but does not meet the standard of 51% sales for on-premise consumption.

This is a good sign for us as it doesn't apply to CHL. Any chance you read it wrong?

Went to lunch today after church at Chili's and as I have noticed before I started carrying they have two well displayed signs at both entrances, English, and Spanish something to the affect of...

"The unlawful carrying of a concealed weapon on these premises is strictly prohibited."

Got the plastic today!

Had a couple problems along the way with a Class C back in 1999 that Austin kept telling me was on the "edge" of the 5 year cut off. My 6 mo. probation was over in EARLY 2000.

That is some fuzzy math for sure. Oh well it is all behind me.

3/31/07: Took the CHL class
4/2/07: Completed fingerprints
4/3/07: App in mail, USPS Priority
4/19/07: PIN came in mail, online status says "Processing"
5/1/07: Status change to "License issued"

Hoping to get it in the mail in a few days ...

I'm waiting for my daughters 9mm to come in, I hope she doesn't think she'll be under-gunned with it.

She is used to shooting my .45, but it is a commander length. Her Carry 9 will have a 3" barrel, so 9mm should be controllable.

Somehow... I just know she's gonna want a "Big Girl Gun" (.45 ...
