It's been 45 days since I mailed it via first class mail, and I have yet to get any update on the website. If I knew then what I know now, I would have bought a scanner and submitted it all on-line ...

I am at 55 days of waiting with no update, I called DPS today and they said they never received my CHL100 (Even though I called before and they said they had it). They let me email it directly to a data entry person so they can enter it into the system. Hopefully i'll have my card in two weeks or so.
