I submitted the required documents for a new application through the website on Nov 5, 2013 and the status is still "waiting". Since you guys submitting the week after me are getting new updates, I guess I will give them a couple more days and then try to contact them.

Nope, call them ASAP. I hit 80 days a week ago and called, they told me the documents were never received although I have a confirmation email from them on ...
