now just waiting for my holster so I can do the "Wally Walk"

I had my fingerprint done at the same Sylvan Learning center like my buddy and mine says under review but his says complete. is this normal?

28 Feb 14 FP and Package sent (snail mail because I thought the online was only for renewals)
as of today no response if they have received my package

Does anyone know if they send anything to acknowledge that they have received the paperwork? try ...
