Sept13th is when the envelope was dated, Oct 25 the website said

Pin# envelope dated Sept13th, checked status today, cert. active. Guess it was around 45 days?

Why early december? Don't they have 60 calender days to give you the permit? It was sent August 29th, the pin # envelope was dated sept13th. This is first time license.

Oops, just realized my mistake. They received it Aug29th, not Sept.29th. Does that mean it _should_ be here before the month is over?

I can't seem to find the envelope my pin# came in, what is the # to call and actually talk to someone and find out whats going on with an application?

Still waiting on mine sent on Aug 22nd. I'm going to give them a call on October 12th or so which puts it at 55days if my cobbled together counting is correct
