I wanted to post an update. My wife received her plastic in the mail today. Almost 13 months after she had applied. Not sure what took so long, but we are both glad it is finally here.

This is not the same sign. This Wal Mart also has the typical blue TABC sign, but this new sign only showed up in the past couple of days.

yes. It also has the option to change my information or report a lost card. When I log in with my wife's information it looks exactly like mine. Does that mean her plastic is probably on the way?
