Re: Now That's Funny Right There...
I'd be a bit upset that the reverend spent $3k in church funds to buy the tickets. Any why bother giving the gun to a friend for "safe keeping" when his plan is to destroy it? Why not just give the cops a call and turn it over to them?

Re: Denton Co Sheriff Deputy Mundo
FYI, for insurance information, since 2013, you can carry digital proof of financial responsibility on a wireless mobile device (phone/tablet). I use my insurance company's app for it. Re: US vs Miller, JPFO Site - Review and Comment?
In the Heller decision, Scalia pointed out that the Miller court only heard arguments from the government and hinted that Miller was flawed for at least that reason. I fear that the window for a successful challenge to the NFA has closed until there's a Scalia-like appointment to the Supreme Court.

Do they have a chapter in New Jersey?
As far as the case goes, the "good cause" specified by the plaintiff was the Second Amendment, not membership in Pink Pistols.

Verrrrryyyyy interesting! Thanks for posting ELB. :tiphat:
Could D.C. be possibly be heading towards "shall issue"? Let's hope so!
It would be nice, but they'll probably fight it. Then the left will get another federal judge or court to rule the other way setting up another trip to SCOTUS. And ...

Re: Spanish LTC Test
This is even more interesting that 30.06 and 30.07 signs are mandated in Spanish. Why is this necessary if all LTC holders supposed to be able read and pass the LTC test in English?
I suspect the legislature didn't think about it too much. Better to pass something that doesn't, on its face ...
