Finally received License-84 days

I was all 3-3-16.
Called 4-6 was told it mailed that day
4-13 website updated.
Still no plastic

I was all in 3/3/16 as well! No change for me whatsoever.

Did you receive an email saying it was mailed?

No I called them. Only took about 30 minutes to get put on hold. Then waited another 45 ...

Instead of them saying 6 weeks, they should just say,"good luck."

yes be patient. I was all in 1/22, I finally received my email a few days ago and the website changed yesterday. Today is day 83, my license should be here any day now.

Fingerprints completed-Dec 10

All forms received-Jan 21
Email saying approved-Apr 10
website changed-April 13
plastic in hand-still waiting

Confirmation email on 1/21.
Contacted my State Rep and received a roboresponse only. I sent an email to State Senator today.
Tried to contact RSD but cannot get through.

Any suggestions other than wait?

My stuff was verified 1/22 and I received my approval 2 days ago. I didn't do anything else ...

I took the class on 1/9 and had everything done by 1/13. My confirmation email came on 1/21. Nothing yet...

Class: 1/9
Docs uploaded: 1/12
Fingerprints: 1/13
Email confirmation: 1/21
Sent to printing (was told this after I called on 4/5): 4/1
STATUS CHANGED!!! : 4/7
Plastic: ???

I'll be waiting ...

Are they always send emails once your license is sent to printing and mailed?

I don't know, this is my first contact with them since everything was turned in and verified.

Our records indicate your license was printed and mailed on 04/07/16. Your license should arrive between 7-14 business days.

If it has been more than 30 business days since printing, please notify the department ...

My patience finally ran out and called RSD, currently on day 61. Submitted and confirmed 1/25/16, and they let me know that yes, they have all my documents, but they haven't even started the background check yet. I don't even know what to say about that.

They are happy to take our money but are they to do their job? Remains to be seen.

Yes there should be communication because right now there is none. If non government workers worked like this they would be fired, I would have been fired if I did this in military when I was a Master-at-Arms.
