Well guys, I finally got my CHL yesturday. Took about 132 days, I really thought it would never come, then I just out of the blue checked the status of my app online and it had been approved. Took another 4 business days to arrive at the mailbox, but now I have it and its good for 4 years. Good luck ...

they received mine on march 19 and I still have no pin, so it could be worse.

Well, I received an email from DPS and this is what they said

"Your application has not been entered into the system. It is likely going though the processes required before entry. When a completed application is entered you will be sent a confirmation letter with your PIN number."
