More info obtained...he provided the two guns and suppressor to this FFL who also builds custom ammo loads. That was the reason for the FFL having possession of the guns and suppressor - building custom ammo load. Apparently the guy has been stringing him along since January on creating the custom ...

A friend has a situation where he had two guns and a suppressor shipped to a FFL, items were delivered to the FFL in January and he won’t release them. Keeps saying they’re not ready.
What legal steps/recourse can he take to get his purchases from the FFL?

It's a reaction to "glock switches." I kid you not….They think that the Glock pistol is a machine gun because you can hack it with a switch. It hasn't occurred to them yet that it's not going to be that difficult for switch-makers to design units to fit lots of striker-fired pistols.

No information on the location from whence the bullets came. Were they on their own property, trespassing on someone's private property, on a road, a shooting range ...? How did they identify the shooters? Typical journalism these days. I'm thankful the injury was not fatal.
