I signed the orange tag.
Airport personnel tied the tag to the handle of the box that my 1911 came in.
Locked firearm box went into soft-sided suitcase.(Orange tag outside of box)
The people behind me probably didn’t even notice what was going on.

This works for me:
Lee 6 cavity 200gr tumble lube semi-wadcutter (TL452-200-SWC )
De-greased with Brake Cleaner.
Lube hinges with paraffin.
Smoke (the mold) with a kitchen match.
My alloy is clip on WWs, with stick-on WWs, with a little Tin solder (95% Tin spool from Grainger close-out)
Flux with ...

First Week
After one week of holding my CHL, I have carried constantly everyday throughout my “pants-wearing-hours”. I have had only minimal self-consciousness of having a weapon on me. I work with a dress shirt and tie, without a coat. I am very close to people all day.
