Tks. FWIW, I used my original 365 (with 12 and 17 round magazines) last Saturday in a 3-hour Israeli Combat Shooting class. It ran flawlessly with around 130 rounds and did not beat the old man up too bad.

I had a student a month or so ago searching in DFW for the 365x (with a thumb safety). The only one he could find at the time was at Scheels for around $620. Where did you find one for $495?

I bought one in 9mm at a gun show around 10 years ago for around $400. Been very pleased with it as a training gun.

Mike - Thanks for the research and reply. That also sort of explains MAYBE why they counted 5 casings at first then upped to 8 total later.

A few hours ago, I read a headline for an article in the Washington Post that indicated a local cop took a shot at the kid and interrupted his shooting. It's one of those "subscription only" things, which I do not do. Hopefully, another news outlet will follow up on that.
