Re: bounty hunters

perhaps thats the kick in the rear you need to get started on a career. Thats what happened to me a few years ago, got laid off and got angry and vowed to stop messing around with my career and get serious. I hope only the best comes from it for you. :thumbs2:

Re: bounty hunters

Thats why i said if you want to get your commission for armed security let your new employer handle it. not some "get your commission by mail send 14.99 to this address" type advertisement.

Re: bounty hunters

Any place that offered armed security will gladly help you through the process. *They* will help you fill out the forms, *they* schedule the classes, etc. It is not something you need to do before hand. Just when you apply make it clear you wish to be hired for commissoned work.

Re: bounty hunters

Become a *commisioned* security guard, there are tons of companies all over the state hiring.

21, clean record, can pass the qualifier, etc they would kill for ya.

I have a few friends who do it, pays $15-18 an hour in the DFW area. Some places make you pay for your own commission class, some pay for it with an advance on your paycheck.

Use that to get on your feet until you can do what you want to do for a living.
