Rec'd my renewal license in the mail today !!!! Just 28 days from submitting my paper work on-line to receiving it in the mail........great job CHL dept. @ the Texas DPS!!!!!!

Took renewal class Aug. 24th, paid for my class and application to the State same morning! Submitted the Chl-100 & checklist on the states Customer Relations Center web page, uploaded the 2 files and submitted!!!!!

Would a zip code change "only" constitute an address change? Physical address (number/street) is same, just a zip code change!

I checked the mail box before leaving to work a couple of hours ago and lo and behold, there it was, an envelope from the State of Texas with license inside! :thewave Now for tomorrow, the IHOP and Wally walk event will take place as planned! :woohoo

Still in here waiting :waiting: no change in application status! Maybe my app. is taking longer because the first 3mos. of the previous 5yrs. residence was in Canada, duh! :oops: I'll probably be the last one out of here! :shock:
