I went to the Dallas Zoo this last weekend and looked for a sign and did not see one. On the way out, in one of the ticketing boths, behind the glass was a 30.06 sign that was grey with white letters (I think). I don't think the letters were 1" high.

There is not 30.06 posting, but the owner has put in the company manual that you are not allowed to have a weapon. So I have received notice as stated below:
