Finally got a reply from my email to DPS and "We are currently awaiting the printing of the license. Thank you for your continued patience."

My second email was finally answered. My app was sent to a technician for further review. Then the tech emailed me to say they were still waiting on background checks. I guess I shouldn't expect any change anytime soon.

They should take a look at the Domino's pizza website. If you order online you can watch the status change from prep to cooking to boxing to delivery. This would probably cut down on the phone calls asking about status. But that would be too easy though
