There is a video out there on the net that I've seen, by a lawyer, which advises not talking to the police without a lawyer. I don't have a link though; if you go to some of the gun boards and search you could probably find it.

On that CDC website, you can run the numbers for causes of death at various ages. The number of deaths in children ages <1 year through age 12 or 13 is quite small. If you look at "children" in the older age groups, the statistics change drastically.
