Well it is finally here after 112 days.

06/25/2009 - PIN Received via snail mail
08/28/2009 - Application Completed - license issued or certificate active : :chldancing ...

Well...I went out of town last Friday for the weekend, and when I checked this morning, the status changed from "processing application"...
I called and they said it had been completed on 8/28 and that I should receive it in 7 to 10 business days!
