Is the Passport Photo Holder required?

All I could find on the application is to attach the two photos in a seperate envelope marked photos attached and my name printed on the envelope.


Do I HAVE to use a passport photo holder? THe reason why I ask is because when I went to WalGreens for a photo, the woman working there told me it ...

I know I'm a newb on this site when it comes to posting, but I wanted to update this thread to let ya'll know that the attacker was caught.

Her Son is my family physician and a great person. After finding out the backstory, my soul ached for this woman.
