Really? I've been reading the requirements and some say cannot have been convicted of disorderly conduct within the past 5 years. When I look under the Section 42.01 Penal Code a Class C misdemeanor is listed under there. I just want to be absolutely sure so I don't waste ...

MIC (Minor In Consumption). I got the ticket on New Years eve for drinking half a beer two years ago. That's the only conviction I have ever had.

I was charged with a MIC about two years ago and if I read correctly it's considered a Class C misdemeanor. I've since done all what the judge asked me to do and haven't done anything else since. Does anyone know if that will disqualify me from applying for a CHL?
