Re: ammo on sale
Cabela's has the PMC 115 gr 9mm on sale for $10.99 per box; if you purchase a minimum of $150 and use their $20 coupon buck on their site, then the after-tax per box cost is around $10.47. That's better than the after-tax cost of Federal 9mm at Wally World.

Gun Club in Scottsdale, AZ
Just want to share this gun club in AZ, which I have yet to have the privilege to visit. $30 monthly Standard Membership for this level of facility is a pretty good deal.

Re: ammo on sale
Not sure whether people are still looking for Federal Champion 9mm at Walmart, but there seems to be plenty available. Purchased 10 boxes in Bedford (121 & Cheek-Sparger) and 20 boxes in Ft. Worth (Oakmont & Hulen).

Re: Noob here..."Hi" and a question
Thanks again, all.
One more question. It seems as though my schedule is clearing up and I may be able to take a CHL class tomorrow offered by a local LEO. As the class is tomorrow, should I still fill-out an online application?

Re: Noob here..."Hi" and a question
Applying online or waiting for your class will have no bearing on the speed in which it is processed.
As for not carrying, why? :confused5
Well, my years of martial arts training should contribute considerably in a situation of "needs." j/k. Seriously, I do realize irrespective of my speed and ...

Noob here..."Hi" and a question
Hi Y'all,
I am a pistol newbie from Fort Worth and, obviously, a CHL newbie. Hope everyone is doing well.
My question is whether I should apply my CHL online prior to attending the class. All of the CHL classes I am investigating do offer the paper packet. Nonetheless, should I still apply in ...
