It was not a juvenile conviction. I did list it as a past offense and I have all the court documents stating the conviction as well as the expunge ready to be mailed with my CHL packet, but I guess the real question is can they still hold it against me even though it was expunged?

Do you think I will be denied?
I just completed the CHL class and I'm starting to wonder if I will be denied. I was arrested for theft in 2005 and plead no contest to a Class A Misdemeanor in late 2006. Since then I have had my case sealed/expunged. According to 411.081 I can legally say that I have not been convicted of the ...
