In the mail today

Was an envelope from DPS. Could feel something about credit card size that was rigid, as if plastic. I was excited!! I opened it to find my renewal had came.

Drivers license renewal.

Still anxiously awaiting the other plastic.

About how long did it take?

They seem to be doing a bit better in Austin these days. My Daughter's CHL arrived in 43 days (not a renewal either).

Hopefully we won't have to wait as long as in the past.

This for just a regular Class C license, that I did online renewal. I renewed on July 11th so that is about a 14 day turn around.

Wish the CHL was that prompt.
