Yes, I was counting weekend days. If I got to the point of having to call, I expected that they might come back with "60 business days". Luckily, it never got to that point. I am going on 62 days (44 business days) with this background check.
I would email them to check on your status or call them and ask do they need anything else. I sent an online inquiry yesterday (4/26/18) just to see if there was anything else I could provide for them to help to move the process along.
This morning i check the status and here it is

I actually emailed them once before, and they told me to wait 8 business weeks starting on Feb 23rd. Update: I got an email from someone at DPS to let me know they received all my docs and that it can take up to 60 days. I checked the DPS site a few hours later and still don't see a status.
