Salute the USS New York

The USS New York, an assault vessel made from steel salvaged from the World Trade Center towers, set out today from a shopyard in Avondale, Louisiana. She will be commissioned next month in New York City.

Can we use it to launch a few cruise missiles at some choice locations?

Even better would be if the missiles were made of some of the same salvaged steel.
