Castle Doctrine Covers Beaumont Homeowner

According to the Beaumont Police Department no charges are expected against a homeowner who shot two teenagers who invaded his home on Tuesday. The homeowner shot the two teenagers who did not suffer life-threating injuries. Beaumont Police responeded to reports of gunfire late Tuesday night, after arriving the police found a 17 year old and 19 year old had been shot. Both teenagers were armed according to the police.

Sounds to me like the homeowner prevailed. The goal is to stop the attack, not kill the attacker. He met the goal.

I'm originally from the Beaumont area too although I haven't lived there in almost 30 years. Looks like it isn't too far from LU. That part of town ain't the greatest. Glad the homeowner was able to defend his loved ones.

They're lucky those two didn't target this homeowner in Bmt. They would have been wheeled out .. :reddevil
