This weekend is the North Texas Highland Games at Maverick Stadium on the UtA campus.
Since the venue is leased from the university for the weekend, does the law prohibiting cc oncampus apply?

It doesn't sound like it's a school sponsored event so it should be legal if you stay out of buildings.
"Premises" means a building or a portion of a building. The term does not include any public or private driveway, street, sidewalk or walkway, parking lot, parking garage, or other parking area.

I must have confused school policy(which does'nt affect me as I am not a student) with Texas law.
As far as staying out of bulidings, Its going to be 101 out there!

Spoke with my chl instuctor . He attends almost every year. He said that he and his whole family carry there.
