I found a gopher site (I looked years ago and the last one I found was Israel Govt)
Found one today
gopher://gopher.quux.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
gopher://gopher.floodgap.com/0/gopher/welcome" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://gopher.quux.org:70/Government/US ... /jnl95.txt" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Yes, Firefox (and some other browsers) can be used as a Gopher browser if you misplaced your Gopher and can't find Veronica and Jughead

For those who don't know what I'm talking about:
http://www.hartnell.cc.ca.us/faculty/jl ... gopher.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veronica_%28computer%29" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gopher_%28protocol%29" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Internet Exploder may not support Gopher now?
I feel old, but I remember way before that, before Al Gore invented Aarpanet.The Internet, back when there was only BBS and I had to phone long distance to California to connect to one.
