NRA, Brady center bring gun battle to Texas
The National Rifle Association is asking a federal judge to declare that young people ages 18 to 20 have a constitutional right to carry concealed weapons in public.

A Washington, D.C.-based gun control group has filed a brief urging the Colorado Supreme Court to dismiss a lawsuit seeking to allow guns on campus.
The brief by the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence urges the state’s high court to overturn an April appeals court ruling that allowed a lawsuit to proceed that seeks to allow concealed weapons at the University of Colorado.
