Well, if it disqualifies you from state LE, there's always some LE position with the Obama Administration.

I called and they dont think it will but Im going to talk to the head of the BG checks tomorrow to find out for sure. Longview PD said that I could not work for them because of the arrest when I was 13.

Sounds kind of extreme. I though juvenile records were closed?

They are, I called and asked and they said I could not apply. Seems they are very picky but whatever, there are plenty of other PDs that wont hold a charge when I was a teen against me.
