The waiting begins

I passed my CHL class today. Packet goes in the mail on Monday and the wait begins.

Good job mrbug.
There is plenty of company there now. When the "Waiting Room" was started it did not always have occupants.
It will not be long. DPS seems to be doing quit well lately in getting the plastic out.

I tried to do my homework. Thank you to all who have contributed greatly to my meager store of knowledge. I am an Army brat who was born in Italy and I made sure to include a copy of my foreign birth registration.

The way I am trying to look at it is I have lived 47 years 4 months 16 days 17 hours and 43 seconds without one; what's another 60 days?

60 days=1440 hours=86400 minutes=5,184,000 seconds

You mean I have to wait MILLIONS of seconds?????

dang.....that's a lot of time to wait....come on sands through the hourglass

July 1 mailed the packet.
July 5 delivery confirmation received
July 9 DPS deposits the check

No more counts on seconds elapsed or to go. It was meant as humor and to seem more obsessive than I really am.
