Very much has the earmark of Russian disinformation. Could be true, but like those 50 intelligence officers sounds like made up stuff.

Nothing in the article says it is nuclear capable, so it is not a first strike weapon. Appears they are going to have a joint training with South Africa, not cruise our east coast. No doubt our submarines will be closely following.
