They got my app a few days after yours, I'm curious to see if mine is done in about the same time frame. I hope I don't have to join the dreaded 100+ club.

I'm going to have to add the "Wally Walk" to my checklist.

Congrats Photopro! Wow, that's got to be some sort of record. Maybe Tarrant county has its act together.
(I plan on mailing my packet tomorrow)

It was the DD214. I have an undeleted certified copy on it's way there now. I wonder if they are picking up steam lately by scrutinizing the apps more. My DD214 was a full "copy" with discharge type listed. BTW the work I mentioned before on my 1911 will take 6 months to a year min. I hope the license arrives first!

If my math is correct I will be a 100 dayer tomorrow. So I kindly email the chl people ask for a little information. That was a week ago. So I am now going to track how long it takes to get a response, even a "don't know but I will get back with you next year" response.

Do you think if I took the same attitude with paying my taxes they would be just as patient??
Good thing these people do not run my health care, if so I would be dead and buried before they would approve treatment!!!!
Still love the state, best in the nation!!!
It is some of the people making decisions I could do without.

Also, to clarify things I did not saying anything "fishy" about ObamaCare. So do not turn me into the man!!
Thanks

ahhh ! the ultimate goal .
there's nothing like that first wally walk .
now it seems routine , since i find myself there every couple of days picking up something or other .
but its still nice to pack some heat while buying milk and eggs .
were else can you get shotgun shells and shampoo in one stop .
