And a person who has "been convicted" (he doesn't say of what) is not eligible to have a license for five years, can then apply for and obtain a license in another state which would allow them to carry in TX, establishing a "loophole."
Seems to me that getting a license in another state would be predicated on not having inappropriate convictions.

Seems to me that the Secretary is running through the votes faster and faster each time since she, and everyone else, already knows what the score is going to be... 20-11.
