Walmart Sells "Seconds"?

I have bought several myself and never had an issue. I wonder if he thinks his CHL is supposed to exempt him from filling out the 4473.

That thought crossed my mind.

If that is what he thought, then he should still be looking for a retailer to buy guns from!

Maybe he found the mythical gun show loop hole.

I now have concrete proof that Walmart sells "seconds."

Tomorrow I am going to a birthday party and will bring a snack that I make with cashew nuts.
I went to Walmart and they did not sell whole cashews, only cashew halves and pieces!
I had to go to the Target around the corner to buy whole cashew nuts.

I've never bought a Walmart gun and never will. I'll give the local shops here my money. I've bought too many other things from Walmart that just didn't last. I work too hard for my money to spend it on cheap crap. I want what I pay for.
