I've seen this happen twice while voting several times in a roll. The count would jump from a 15 or 20 point spread back to 50-50 and then vary back and forth for a few minutes before trending again.
Leads me to believe when the vote count reaches a certain number it is malfunctioning and resetting each contestants vote count to 0.

High speed automated voting that will also occur tomorrow night just before the polls close?

I suspect this may be it. This morning I saw another much smaller drop in between 2 votes. I believe it probably being manipulated. And yes the response times this morning are slow. Got to go to work now . Y'all keep "Hammering". :???:

It appears that Marion's opponent has some type of automated voting going on. As others mentioned, she was ahead with 60+ percent of the vote this morning, then falls to less than 50% in minutes. Now she's gaining ground, but with the poll ending at 10:00pm eastern time tonight, I suspect the bot will be turned on again if she pulls ahead. Too bad they didn't set these polls up to prevent multiple votes; at least without deleting cookies.

Chas.

If that 60,000 total is about right, then Marion is about 3800 votes behind. That also mean tens of thousands of votes were cast for Gus in a matter of a very few minutes this morning. Something stinks.

It may not make much of difference, but I'll continue to vote, refresh, and repeat for the rest of the day. We have made up some ground since this morning....but not much.

What's the point if one side is cheating by using a voting bot? It's meaningless.

In the future, if cheating is allowed, (problem being - how will we know?) I'm gonna pass on all poll voting.

As pointed out, why bother...?
