I feel your pain. Looks like you and I are on the same schedule. Day 61 for me as well.

I mailed in march. 3-11 got my plastic on 5-11 - 62 days box to box. Mine also sat in the out going mail box a DPS for 2 days Status changed to mailed on 5-7 postmark was 5-9 Hang in threre it will happen.

Imsowright, perhaps today will be the day our CHL's get processed.

Here's how my mind is playing games today: Although this is the 61st day, it could still be considered the "60th day" in that today is June 4 and the materials arrived at the DPS on April 4, if we consider "2 months" to be rounded off to "60 days". Accordingly, they might process our applications today, and the update will appear online sometime tomorrow morning.

They received mine April 10 and updated 5/15 to BG review.

April 10 - 54 days
May 15 - 20 days

I believe they are going by the "complete application received" date and not the "initial CMRRR" date. So, I either have 6 days or 40 days...

Mine is a little unusual as I have a couple of DA's that are over 5 years old and will get handled in their special DA section. I am not worried though, I will just sit back and wait.

Can anyone confirm the dates? Is it from receipt or BG review?

Either way, I am Ok with waiting - for now.

4/4/13 DPS picked up packet from Post Office
5/9/13 DPS Website Status Update
6/5/13 Background Check: Completed

Now in Manufacturing!!

03/16: CHL training class and proficiency exam.
03/17: Online Applications completed and fee paid.
04/02: Fingerprinting.
04/02: All materials mailed.
04/04: USPS delivery confirmation.
05/11: Status upgraded to reflect receipt of materials; background review pending.

Today, June 5, is Day #62 since the materials were delivered to the DPS. Still waiting patiently ... sort of ... .

cedarelm7, DPS got our stuff on the same day, and your first update was two days after me. Maybe, your next update will also be in the next two days.

Cedarelm7, I share your pain!! Still waiting too ... still under review. Mailed mine on 04/03. DPS acknowledged receipt on 04/10.
