Better store up some 'electricity for a rainy day. Or get some shock proof rubber boots. Shocking photo below.
What were those engineers thinking?

doesn't look like it was in service.
A younger person I showed this to said it was photoshopped.
I can’t tell now days as the photo shops are so good.
It does picture something to good to be true.
I don't think so. That may be why they are so easily mislead. Here are two more photos of the site in Woking, UK. and a more recent photo from the prospective of the first photo I posted. Comment state the area flood regularly.
Sorry my mistake. It’s a Tesla Supercharging station in Woking UK. Here is a video that would be hard to photoshop. He throws a stone into the water to test the depth.

Nothing to apologize for. I was talking about millennials being so easily misled. I think it's like Pavlov's theory. They just take for granted that even visual evidence could be fake. I remember the adage seeing is believing with respect to written accounts now you can't even believe what you see.

Electric vehicles risk being uninsurable.
Electric cars that have been in an accident should be stored outdoors and at least 50 ft from other cars, a body shop recommendation.
Have we mentioned the weight risk in old parking garages yet.
