My membership to 24hr fitness is a lifetime membership to Golds Gym they inherited. I never have signed anything with 24 hr and nothing in my Golds contract mentions weapons. This was in 1986 though. Bet you cant go to 24hr Fitness for $3.77 a month!

If it was not mentioned in your contract, why not cancel based on this new rule violates you right?

You don't need an excuse to cancel. It is month to month. They just happen to be the best facilities and staff IMHO.
