age_ranger- The safety-decocker is actually moving to the 'on safe' position, and I have to thumb the safety 'off' to continue firing. I have never had an instance where it looked like the hammer fell past the sear and the safety was still in the 'off' posistion. I will lock the slide back and check the safety tonight, hopefully SRVA can take a look at it if I make it out there tonight.
Wildscar - The ammo I'm shooting is Remington UMC. It feels a little stouter than WWB when fired through my S&W 908. Like stated earlier I don't think it's an ammo problem, the safety is in the 'on safe' position when I have the problem.
