After reading the transcript, looks like Dellinger got ripped apart. Although, I must say I am a little disappointed in Gura's performance. Nevertheless, I am also inclined to believe that the oral arguments have little bearing compared with all the written briefs, which represent much more cohesive and effective arguments for either side.
