Interesting. Should we spend money in places like San Antonio, where the chamber of commerce actively works against allowing good Texans to store their guns in their own cars, or buy goods and software made in California where their congressmen have worked to restrict gun rights for all Americans?aardwolf wrote:Spend your money where they respect your rights.

The port you leave from has metal detectors. And you will go through on board metal detectors when getting back on the ship after a port stop. Guns and knives ARE prohibited. We went at the end of last year.
We had a good time, but I paid alot of attention to my surroundings, and was constantly looking for improvised weapons, exits, cover, etc.
Don't get me wrong, I didn't stay in condition red, paranoid and all that. But my situational awareness was dang sure heightened.
