"a vote for Paul is a vote for Obama" reminds me of "War is Peace; Freedom is Slavery; Ignorance is Strength."
But I'm not sure what that has to do with Clinton conceding.

The average 3rd party garned 5.6 percent of the vote. Not sure if you recall the last 2 elections and what 5.6 percent would do? And it is related, since there i speculation of Clinton running 3rd party. I don't expect it, but it is possible.
