Unfortunately no FMJ ammo in rifles allowed at Eagle Peak. I have never gone because I cannot shoot my Mosin-Nagants there without spending huge amounts of money on SP/HP ammo.

I hear they have a good facility otherwise, though. They have standard public range rules (no moving and shooting, no drawing, no rapid fire <1 sec., etc.), plus a couple others - like cleaning of guns prohibited (I always clean my carry gun(s) before leaving the range, so another detractor for me) and no .50cal rifles allowed.

I tend to use them or a range north of D/FW (Ralphs) where its $3/hr and the rules seem to be:

1) Dont be stupid
2) Clean up after yourself.
