Hmm, that becomes a sticky wicket. Not to hijack here, but while the sign may not be valid from a state level, doesn't railroad property fall outside of the states jurisdiction and they make their own rules? If so, any sign may serve the purpose of notifying the holder. :confused5

Is it just me, or does the sign go without saying?

In other words, it's stating what state law already prohibits.

What's the point?

It's like having a sign that reads Rape and Murder are illegal on these premises...
