Mike,
I had been looking for one, done the Academy thing, got the maybe in two months, etc. Walked into the Austin gun show Sunday afternoon late while everyone was starting to pack up and saw what I thought was one on dealer table.......it was. I asked him if he had two, he did. I got one for me and Mrs. RiverRat. Couldn't believe it. $319 ea.

Still haven't been to the range, yet. Did go to Wallyworld and get some ammo. That might be the most difficult part. It cost as much as .40. I'll give a report when it happens.

And it is... Both price and selection is an issue in most stores. They just do not stock as many options for .380 ammo as say 9mm or .45.

Wallyworld only had Rem hardball. I did get some of each of three different types (two boxes ea) of HP's at the gun show, thinking it would be much cheaper at WWorld. Still haven't been to Academy to see what they have.......

WWB seems to be overpriced in .380. At Cabela's you can get a box of Magtech FMJ ammo in .380 for $14. WWB goes for $16 or $17, the same price as S&B.

It's $32 for 100 HP Remington or $17.99 for 50 WWB FMJs at the Wal-Mart in San Marcos....hmmmm thats a tough one :headscratch
